About us
Why "Simple Law"
Compliance usually fails for a boring reason: nobody translated the law into something an employee, a manager or a front-desk officer can actually act on. A statute sitting in a PDF doesn't stop a POSH complaint from being mishandled or a data breach from going unreported for a week.
Simple Law exists to close that gap - between what the law requires and what actually happens in a workplace on a Tuesday afternoon.
We're a team of litigators, compliance specialists, contract lawyers, company secretaries, tax practitioners and - because complaint handling is as much about people as procedure - psychologists. That mix is deliberate. A POSH policy that ignores how people actually behave under stress isn't much of a policy.

Our approach
How We Think About This Work
[TBC: paragraph beside 'How We Think About This Work' — the design shows lorem ipsum here and the brief has no copy for it]
-

We start with what goes wrong, not what the statute says.
Most compliance failures trace back to a handful of predictable moments - an untrained Internal Committee, a vendor contract with no data clause, a policy nobody read. We build backwards from those failure points.
-

Documentation outlives training.
A one-day workshop fades. A well-drafted SOP, checklist or policy stays on file and does the job months after we've left the room.
-

One size fits nobody
A hospital's data privacy risks look nothing like a school's. We tailor every engagement to the sector, the size of the organisation and the workforce it actually has.
Let's build a safer, stronger tomorrow
